i got a very nice one-bedroom suite. the bed was comfy and i enjoyed using the pool. staff members were friendly and helpful. i have stayed here a couple of times now, and i am happy to come back again.
The check-in process was unusually slow. It felt quite frustrating.

staff members are helpful and professional, immediately dealing with any concerns i had. the complimentary bus service to tsim sha tsui is available every hour. the staff is amazingly friendly and supportive.

the gym is completely equipped for workouts. a mall connects to the hotel, with shops and dining options. the hotel offers a shuttle service to shopping areas with return trips available until late.
